Its been a long while since I had the energy to attempt another Draft Mayhem...so here it goes.
Each owner selects a Star player, either position player or pitcher, from the last 24 seasons (1992 - 2015). Each season is selected once.
The draft lasts 12 days, and you draft 2 players each day. 1 player by 10:00 AM, another by 8:00 PM. If you miss the deadline, you can catch up...but you run the risk that the next owner has already taken the player you wanted.
Each draft timeslot is unique to you. Suppose your star player is the 1997 Pedro Martinez. Your first draft year would then be 1998, then 1999, and so on. No one else would be drafting from 1998 when you are, so there's no competition during each timeslot...unless, of course, you need to catch up (in which case, first come first served). Your last draft pick will be from your original "star" season.
Each player season stands alone...in other words, there will only be one 1997 Pedro in the whole league, but there could also be one 2000 Pedro as well. For this reason, clones are allowed (since disallowing clones would create a disadvantage where an owner would not be able to select the best player available because it could be a clone).
You will need to manage your money well, because 100 million is not a ton. I add a safety net for your chaotic drafting where 6/2 manual average AAA are allowed.

Before starting the draft, each owner will enter a dummy team to show their commitment to the league. Admin will fix the teams based on the draft.
