Banners.....WTF Topic

I may be a little behind on this topic but just getting my next season of progressive started now all the sudden I am getting unclosable banners and popups when I try to navigate behind screens.

Is this new in WIS?  If so, I expect the price to go WAY down as a result of the new revenue...I really have no tolerance for this and if the site becomes like this, I will be just another one of those who fades from here...I know, not a major deal but just something I dont want to deal with.....
I'm not getting any of this.

What's your OS? What browser are you using?

Check your computer for adware/malware/spyware.

I'm not getting any pop ups or banners; was getting some a few weeks ago for some furniture items, but ran a scan to remove adware and haven't had a problem since.
