Dubose would  be alive if Tensing hadn't shot him. Driving away shouldn't have caused Tensing to shoot him. That's on Tensing, not Dubose.

Dubose is dead because Tensing shot him.

If you drive home at 2am and get hit by a drunk driver, you didn't die because you drove home late at night, you died because someone drove drunk.

BL with the same sad argument.

The cop shot the criminal.  The cop is charged with murder.   The criminal is dead.   Most people would prefer to be alive.   But the criminal put everything in action with his actions.   Yet, for some unknown reason, BL thinks the criminal cannot be blamed for anything.   Criminals who choose not to cooperate should be allowed to drive away.

And kill everything BL loves.   Then we'll see how BL feels.

Garner doesn't resist, Brown doesn't fight, Scott doesn't run and DuBose doesn't try to drive away.   All are alive today.    But, hey, a couple of those cops have been put up on murder charges.   Win/Win?

But driving away didn't "cause" anything. Tensing chose to shoot.

I think moy said he lived in or near Chicago, and he brings up the number of murders in Chicago. So if moy gets shot and killed in Chicago we can just blame him for his own murder. Correct?
In the World of Stupid, yes.

Surely you see the difference between getting out of the car when an officer requests you do so and attempting to drive off.   Do you think, had DuBose complied and got out of the car, that he is shot?    If you're not stupid, the answer is "no".     If the answer is "no", what do you think escalated the situation?     If you're not stupid, the answer is "Refusing to get out of the car and attempting to drive off."    Who did that?

BL doesn't believe there should be consequences for poor choices or bad behavior.  Cops should just let fleeing suspects flee, i.e. cooperating with the police should be optional.

That's BL's vision for America.

BL is a functional retard.   So there's that.
