Playing ranked user teams they seem to back their defense backs up but still stop the run consistently. Inbox with any ideas thank you

It's mainly gonna come down to talent ; they differences tween your O and his D.  If talent is close or you have advantage and your run is being stopped then pass the cr@p outa the ball.  Hate to sound trite but sometimes it isn't that complicated.
