i have Java 7, update 79.  I cannot log in.  Advice?  I've had so many problems that I am just about done.

Probably need to drop the security settings to medium or whitelist live.whatifsports.com. If you're on a Mac I can send you more-detailed info on how to do it. Otherwise someone else will have to help out.

Chrome will no longer let the sim load.  I have to use firefox or internet explorer.

I just went on with firefox and connected OK.  It is strange how some can connect and others cannot.

You have to be running Java 7, and set the Security in Java to Medium (whch is actually the lowest setting) and/or add http://live.whatifsports.com to the Exception Site List in Java. You'll get a warning each time you start up Live asking whether you want to accept the risk. It works on my Mac using Safari or Chrome.

Step-by-Step if you have a newer Java version installed. It describes uninstalling Java 7 but works with any newer version.

it Doesn't work. I have been trying from my wife Sony Laptop and nothing. I Try with Java 7 and now the 8 and I doesn't work. Any advice guys?

this is really an awful issue.  I literally have about 10-15 friends about to start a league... most would be first time customers to the site.  they have ALL given up because it wont load.
