Everyone will draft the 3 most expensive Starting Pitchers in WIS, 1885 John Clarkson, 1885 Ed Morris, 1888 Silver King.
These 3 pitchers are the only "SP" pitchers you can have and the only pitchers that can START any games for you. How you use them as starters is up to you. All other pitchers you draft must be "RP".
 
There is no restriction on hitters.

24 team League unless we stall out at 16.
 
Total team Salary Cap is $180 million. Keep in mind you've already spent $89+ Million on your 3 starters.
