Elysian Fields Twist League

The EFTL will be an ongoing twist league, with blacklist starting in season 2.

The rules:
1.       Cap: 100M
2.       Pick any single season team from MLB history, and twist any player on their roster (www.baseball-reference.com). 
3.       Teams are exclusive, and starting in season 2 all previously used teams will be blacklisted.  We will very quickly exhaust the usual twist juggernauts.  If the league lasts long enough, we may reduce the cap in the future.
4.       Limit one team per owner per season.
5.       No: AAA, clones, DH, WW, trades
6.       Yes: Injuries (so be sure to draft enough PA and IP)
7.       No 200K exceptions; all players on your roster must have played for chosen MLB team.  If you don’t have 25 eligible players, then you can’t use that team.
8.       Use the stadium your team actually played in.  If that stadium is not available in WIS, then use WIS Park.
9.       League will be realigned randomly.
10.   You must reserve your team in the forum.  Each season I will pick 24th.  Once I pick my team, I will get a league number generated, and owners will then have 1 week to get their teams entered.  If you aren’t in by that time, your slot will be released and can be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.
