bsm7 - glad you are interested. ihe ballparks listed are the ones taken at the current time. If any owner goes back to the draft center and changes their ballpark I will update the list. Fatboydad54 currently has selected Ebbetts Field as his home park.
My intention on the team name rule was to try to get a wider selection of players by limiting owners to only one player from each team name. As there have been several teams which have played in the same city using the same name but in different time periods I will allow players to be rostered if they came from the two distinctly different time periods. Hopefully this makes sense. My idea was that no owner would be able to load up on several players from the same strong team.
Players from the Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, California Angels and Anaheim Angels would all be considered different names.
In answer to your last question, if the two players selected were from what was obviously two different time periods with a break between when the team played under that city and team name then they would be okay. Again the idea is to prohibit someone from taking all the strong players from the same team (for example: no one could use two or more players from the great Yankee or Reds teams).
Hopefully this helps and doesn't confuse the theme.
