Either one. D1A currently has more coaches but I think the level of competition in D1AA is amazing.

I make that decision every off season. I would move up for a great job but every season my team is improving and making that decision more difficult.

I second Awags' sentiment. I will move up to D1 for the right place but Im otherwise content to stay at D1AA and try to challenge for an NC. Wilk has the largest D1 and D1AA populations of any server. If D1AA can get closer to 60 coaches, then the competition will be just brutal on both levels.
