I have tweaked the Let Us Play theme that completed 3 seasons. I would like a more dominant pitching based low cap theme.
Basically it is very good pitching against average hitters with lower salaries.

Hitters 500,000 to 4 million
Pitchers 1 million to 7 million

League rules:
no ww
no trades
no dh
no prospects
injuries off
no clones
play in franchise park of choice
random alighnment
16 teams
franchise exclusive for years 1940-2015
