easiest solve is to not stagger picks that way. do like 14 picks a day instead of 12. that way the same guy is never last and first. unless s/he trades to make that happen. then they are just rude.

Wouldn't be easier to make a rule that '98' can't have last pick of the day...lol. Imo..drafts move at their own pace regardless..using 30 min slots seems to work pretty well wrt moving the draft along.
