I see a lot of offenses running pro-sets. I know passing is heavily favored in this engine. How come trips and shotgun offense are as utilized.

I is good too if not better. Always had good results with I compared to Pro.

Ebel is right.. though there are a few using trips the same way.

Anyone else like to pound the ball? I play the Box, Trips and I and have good results, usually top 2-5 in yards and top 5 in PPG with good playoff success with multiple championship game losses, only problem is I haven't won one yet. I want to move up from DIII, but not until I win a NC. Check out the all time rushing leader board at DIII Wilkinson.

I am trying Pro Set/I Formation/Trips, running 33% uses at all 3.

And 5-2/Nickel defense.

I use trips exclusively, and generally I have the top rusher in the league. There are quite a few advantages to using trips as well
