Salary Cap: 48 mil (should be plenty to build a great team)

No clones, No WW, No Rookies

Restrictions

• An MVP player can be selected twice but the same MVP season cannot be selected more than once (If 83-84 Larry Bird is selected another owner can select the 85-86 Larry Bird season but not the 83-84 season)

• Only seasons of teammates played together can be used (If Hakeem Olajuwon is selected the 94 -95 season of Clyde Drexler can be used but not the 86-87 season because they did not play together)

• Other MVP seasons cannot be used (If Magic Johnson is selected any season of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar they played together can be used except for 79-80 season because Kareem was an MVP)
