Question: I have a player I'm considering that appeared for 3 different teams in 2006. If I choose to use him, do I have to use the partial/combined season for the team he appeared with on May 2, or can I pick any of his partial/combined seasons?
you have to use the partial/combined season for the team he played for when May 2nd happened

I think this was obvious in rules, but I am making sure....I know position players must have appeared in box score on given day, but pitchers must have appeared in games on given day, too....right? I have April 26, 1989. I can only use pitchers who pitched on that date? (I understand the twisting rules).

I eliminated the rule of having to use three pitchers from your particular year who also appeared in your box score
Too restrictive for teams who have to use only 6 box scores.
