Hey, I am starting my first dynasty and was wondering if anyone could tell me how long each recruiting cycle lasts? Does it update every couple of hours or once a day? Just want to make sure I stay on top of the recruiting updates.

The first update is 24 hours after recruiting starts. After that is every 3 hours. So EST 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm, 12am, 3am, 6am, 9am.
