Not sure how many openings we will have. We just concluded the 1st round of the playoffs.

Rules:
Minimum win rule of 55/120/190 for 1/2/3 consecutive seasons. Owners who violate this requirement are restricted from international free agent spending the following season.

Money included in any trade cannot exceed the salary being traded.

Season 1 was a very balanced season.. The worst record was 57-105 other than that there were no 100 loss teams. This world is a result of Smoltz and Hometeam beign merged. All teams carried over have goood players and it shouldnt be difficult to turn a team around in 1-2 seasons.
