I just lost out on an IFA after leading the entire negotiation period with a bid of $360k, then on the 3pm cycle I got a message that he had been signed for $9.1 million. Am I missing something?

Was it a coincidence that the IFA appeared on the 3pm cycle exactly 3 days before this bid was accepted? Or am I reading too much into this?
