14 keepers for each team + up to 2 IR. No trades allowed. no AAA or WW and the draft is based on the salary of your top 8 keepers only. Both of these rules are designed to prevent tanking/dumping all your top guys for picks Random divisional alignment each season as well so you won't get stuck behind a dynasty.
Here is the 2008 roster of the available team. It is currently based in Yankee Stadium II but you can move to any open stadium from any era. After that you get one relocation.
