Under new management!

First time commissioner and I tend to be verbose so please bear with me for a minute. I would like to cordially invite prospective new owners to join our world Mike Trout. * (edit 5/16) We have offically rolled over & We think we can offer a very competitive opportunity for your entertainment dollar as we enter our 18^th season.

Our world was originally “Parks” and was an experiment in HBD by insisting all NL parks be on the extreme pitching rating side while conversely having the AL ones be supremely hitter friendly. Some of those franchises honor that thought process but is no longer any kind of necessity for potential new owner to follow. All parks eligible in your chosen division are available.

We have since our origin instituted Competitive Balance guidelines that are intended to create payroll floors, prospect budget maximums and franchise win totals that address the rampant desire to “tank” we read so much about in The Forum. Briefly they are as follows;

1. Win Floor is 60 at any point in one’s ownership history
2. Prospect Budget: 30 mil max

There are currently 4 original owners still managing here (17 seasons) and another 9 owners with at least 8 years running. The league average tenure is a little over 6 yrs., so there is definitely a strong core of committed owners looking for continued stability.
