I just adjusted the User Score ranges to reflect a potential issue. If someone had scored, for example, a .4995, they would have previously not fallen into either the < .499 group or the > .5 group. Now, they will fall into the < .5 group. Note that if someone scored exactly a boundary number like .5, they would go into the higher range, meaning they would get the lower cap.

I'll play, but I'm embarrassed to say that my team will have the FULL 110M cap, once you calculate the totals you will know why.

It seams like WIS has its favorite owners & I am NOT one of them, its Not for a lack of putting together Good Teams, they just seam to always under perform... Like Cobb '11 batting under .250 for an entire season? WJohnson '13 or PAlexander '15 NEVER finishing with a record over .500 for any of my teams? Ruth '27 playing in Atlanta Fulton County stadium with LESS than 30 HR total... YES -these have all happened to select teams of mine!
