Most recently run by HBD legend jimmystick (4 WS in 46 seasons), This Scranton Baseball team has won less than 87 since early 2015. You'd almost have to try to not be in the playoff race to be immediately competitive with this team.

The Vancouver Baseball team is the hardest kind of team to decide what to do with for me. Too good to tear down and rebuild, but not good enough seriously contend for the World Series. Prove me wrong by bringing this middle-of-the-road team to glory.
