In all the arguments we've ever had in which we had diametrically opposed opinions, have you ever turned your opinion and come around to agree with me?

I don't think that's actually the case, though. I'd bet, if we were able to poll MLB GMs and ask do you use P W/L in your decision making, the majority would say no.
I'm sorry. When did we start discussing how MLB GM's decision making processes worked?
If the stat is useful, shouldn't MLB teams use it?

Are you going to answer this?
So no, you aren't going to answer this.

This?

Remember that time BL said "Oh, yeah, I've changed my mind"?

Yeah, me neither.

Have you ever come around to agree with me? I'm not sure what your point is other than to do your usual question dodge.

Yeah, me neither.
Remember that time Mike said something smart? Me neither.

I do remember the time he thought the government could erase the deficit by issuing more bonds. And the time he said Bernie Williams and Edgar Martinez were comparable offensively.

I would say that it isn't a popularity contest. So far, you've given no use for pitcher w/l, so maybe you should start there.
So if 99 people found knowing a starting pitcher's W/L record was useful, and 1 person (you) did not, you would dismiss their opinions as being wrong?

A bit full of yourself, aren't you?
If most ML teams find a stat useless, you would dismiss their opinions as being wrong?

A bit full of yourself, aren't you?

I don't think I've ever changed my mind because of something you said.

I'm also equally sure that you've never changed your mind because of anything I've said (or anybody else who disagreed with you).

The one difference between you and I is that I have the self-awareness to know that arguing with you is a complete waste of time.

You've proven over and over that you have little to no self-awareness.

Really, because you've literally argued with me for hundreds of pages. If you have such awarenes, why did it take so long to kick in?
5/30/2016 6:24 PM
Why do you think I choose to argue with you sometimes, and not other times?
5/30/2016 6:38 PM
For the same reason that I choose to argue with you sometimes and not other times--entertainment.
5/30/2016 6:45 PM
LOL.

Except that's not why I think you argue.
5/30/2016 7:02 PM
So you think you know me better than I know myself?

A bit full of yourself aren't you?
5/30/2016 7:06 PM
Let's just say that your actions in these forums reveal a lot more about yourself than you want to believe.

That goes back to the (lack of) self-awareness thing.

This is some true pot-kettle stuff here. Interesting.
