We need a replacement owner in Raines. The owner of the New York Knights team (NL)

Due to personal and work constraints he is no longer able to make the time commitment to the team. The team will probably not compete this season but has strong young players and is up and coming. Also, we just started spring training, so the new owner will essentially get a full free season.
Per WIS rules, the replacement owner must not be currently managing any other replacement teams and must have 3 seasons of experience. Also, we ask that the new owner commit to returning next year.
