How long should I expect to wait to get the beta instructions via sitemail before I know something is wrong? What's the time frame here? I was initially excluded from the beta testing but now keep waiting, but so far nothing.

as seble said, they are going to invite more people. i'm not sure if its everyone, though - but at least a 2nd round. so, yes, you still may get in - maybe not for sure, but minimally, there's a good chance.
