added a video series about "how to inflate your rpi"

I guess doing a series on recruiting would be pointless with the beta being implemented by the end of summer I presume.

Throw out some video idea's I was thinking of the following, depth chart, team building, team game planning, distro, practice plans.

Are there other things people would like to see?
