13 of the 16 finished leagues had at least one rep in the finals of their TOC. Hard to believe, but 10 actually WON the whole thing. Great history, great owners, great league. JOIN US.
The reason that it has an advantage is because you spend 100 million and, if you make it to the TOC, many of the teams that get placed as your competition are progressive teams and 80 million open league teams. Therefore, you have a big advantage. It doesn't guarantee you'll win, but, look at the history!
