I never realized there was a difference between the draft center stats and the stats once a team is entered. Thanks for the heads up. I apologize for confusing the issue.

Thanks Ozomatli for answering these questions. He is correct, it's actual stats. And yes, I realize 1981 and 1994 players are penalized.

For the 70mil league, is it correct that each team is allowed 6 exceptions that don't fit the reduced salary criteria, IE any player up to 6 become eligible as long as you can fit them under your cap?

For the 70M league, you can only use players who are on the whitelist. No other players will be able to be drafted when you go to create your team with the league number entered. No exceptions, and it shouldn't even be possible to add any players not on the whitelist to your team.

Excluded Players: 6 player(s) do not have to meet the criteria.

I think that shows up automatically for every theme league. That would only come into play if there were some (statistically based) individual player restrictions set up.

For the $110M league, are franchises whose names changed (for example: Boston Braves/Bees) considered the same franchise or different franchises? How about franchises that moved (Expos/Nationals)?
