The all time reg league has been running for over 30 seasons, and has two teams looking for new owners. The roster is made up of players regressing (currently from 72 - 73 to 71 - 72) and progressing (currently from 36 - 37 to 37 - 38).

Teams may protect up to 14 players, including no more than one goaltender. IR is unlimited.

There is no salary cap, you will be limited by the players that you own and draft. In this league you will end up with many low salary as well as scrub players, which makes everyone's team realistic, and the good players are not bums.
