I have a D2 team under a different user name and it's been a little bit since I've played D3. I just finished up my recruiting in Dobie world and realized that the guys I'm recruiting don't have as high as a role rating as my team in D2. I would imagine this is because the ratings are lower at D3 obviously? Or is my recruiting just not as good?

Role ratings get higher as you move up into higher divisions.

In d2 I have found that absolutely top of the line role rating is about 60 for recruits. It will ber rare to find that. Though this may vary by position. With qb you will be Very Lucky to get close to 50.
