If you want to use Wilt as an indicator then use what the ATBA started with which was 1951-1967 1967 was the start of the ATBA and a Wilt team only won 1 chip in that league or start with 1967. If you start after the merger the player pool gets pretty thin which means the use of more scrubs. The ATBA started with drafting rookie seasons which was very competitive.

I'm in. I can keep running same two franchises or give one up if we have a new interested owner.

I'd like to keep the Grizzlies if possible as well

I'd also like to keep the Thunder. I'd also suggest we have "current" franchises. This has been the only prog with current teams, nice touch.
