No DITR for Any Team Topic

World I am in finished the all star break and no teams had any DITR. There seemed to be a skipped cycle right at the futures game (3AM) and then the simulator did the futures game at 7AM cycle with no DITR. Has anyone encountered this before?

No, but I only seem to get one every time. Would love to know what formula triggers it.
