I had D2 recruits (I'm D3) that I sent the coach call to in the first cycle and they both gave me the back up message. I took no further action with them. In this most recent cycle I got a message from both of them stating that they wanted me to give them a call to hear more about my school. They are both considering other D3 schools. Does this mean they are immediately recruitable or would I still need to go through the pulldown process (sending ST's)?

They are recruitable right now. You do not need to pull them down.

If you aren't sure you can always check the Dlll recruiting lists to make sure they have dropped. Then you know there is no question you can recruit them right away.
