aspect of it's effect on the future of 'sports gambling' concerning the NHL...

...As a former 12-year resident of Las Vegas, I still vacation & visit there up to a
half-dozen times per year... Avoiding the sweltering summer heat has generally
given me ample opportunities to gamble on the NHL during the 9 months when
the casino sports books accept NHL wagers... 9 out of 10 times, these 'LUCKY'
bets have paid for my entire trip, no matter how long my stay has been... I will
surely miss this aspect of life, as the future years go by...

Just move NHL to Quebec City. Area pop is over 800,000. big enough. Move the 'Canes to Hamilton or Kitchener.' NO .. Gary would rather play the winter sport in the desert.

I'm indifferent to NHL in Vegas. In fact, as long as Las Vegasians support the team, I'm in favour.
But I really really want the NHL back in Quebec City, and in Hamilton.

I think the team will do well in Vegas. I would like to see a team in Seattle even before Quebec. Casinos in Vegas will have seats to give away to customers to attend games and other crazy promotions. I think it can work there. I would rather go to Vegas to watch a game then Winnipeg. I would rather gamble my $$ away in Vegas then gamble with my life with wind chill and gangsters.
