ahh another post where we just make fun of the coaches instead of defending the rationale behind the beta and the actual beta! surprise!

Any coach that has more than One team is not a single loss of a coach, it effects all worlds.........People are cutting back or leaving all together

tj might actual want coaches to leave he might be in the same boat as tarv and just want to make it easier and easier for him to win at D3

TJ is a great coach. He is saying: wait til it's launched, it is still BETA.

To leave your team and take risk of a job penalty? Or to quit the game completly? Doesn't make sense to take the job penalty and wait that long to change and move up divisons.

what job penalty? If anything people have left the game and come back later and been qualified for higher level jobs

In the new system yoy miss the 1st recruiting session so you are "punished" for moving jobs because you are behind on recruits who are left and completely missed out on recruits who were signed 1st cycle.

We still have a ways to go but i think the beta is pretty good so far overall. Scouting needs some work for sure, but ive enjoyed the recruiting.

Recruiting is not done with too... I mean lots of work to do. I don't like a D3 team signing a 600 rated overall player.

Yeah for sure, still work to do. Gotta sort out some issues. But the style, concept, method etc is fun.

I did too and I'll say it now. What I wrote was professional, courteous, no expletives or name calling, problems and complaints laid out clearly. I also totally expect, without a doubt, to at the very least be banned from the forums if not totally removed from the whole site itself.

Because I asked some very difficult questions that site staff might not want to have to deal with. Would be easier just to get rid of the person posting than have to face up to reality.

it's okay seble will just delete the e-mail and never read it, he doesn't like facing reality, you're just a beta hater gosh, and there's always large backlash anytime anything changes!!!!!

jesus emy stop being such a beta hater your obviously just hating any change whatsoever you probably think you need the rich to get richer and want more gravy on your gravy train

we will find 10 new coaches to replace you when you leave with our superb advertising campaign and they won't even have credits so they will pay full price too because you freeloaders don't do anything but complain!!!!!!!!!!!!!
