How many D1 schools not in a big 6 conference have an A,A-,or A+ rating across all HD worlds? Can someone list them if there are any?

there isn't any, best non big 6 baseline is B shared by some A-10 schools, zaga, utah, unlv, and memphis

so the best non big 6 baselines are a half letter grade better than the worst big 6 which are B- such as Fresno State, Northwestern, Buttgers, Penn State, Hawaii, K-State, Colorado, Nebraska, Baylor,

Knight: None at any of the As, but St. Joe's, BYU, and Memphis are all at B+.
Tark: Again, none at As, but Utah, SMU, and Xavier are all at B+. The post-season just started and all 3 B+ teams are in the PI. None will make A- this year.
Phelan: Once again, none in the As, but Charlotte and St. Bonaventure are at B+. Charlotte made the PIT but St. Bonaventure is currently in the Sweet 16, so they will make A- at least.
Wooden: None at As, BYU is the only team at B+. (I'm biased, but I think BYU has the talent to make a 2nd round or S16 run to make it to A-).

So basically, the only mid-major in the 4 worlds I can see is St. Bonnies, run by gillispie.

Allen: None but IPFW (coached by carson333) and UNLV (Sim coached last season but previously coached by bludluciano) are at B+.

Allen has none, but B+ include UNLV(sim) IPFW(won't hit A-),

Crum has none either, B+ includes Memphis(unlikely), La Salle(won't), Utah(sim).
