Coach Rmkelley15 is quickly becoming one of the best elite coaches in the entire Leahy World. In 21 seasons he's 269-50 with 10 conference championships, 5 of those seasons being with FCS Dayton. This season Dayton went on to have a historic season as they are 16-0, perfect 9-0 in conference and ranks #3 in the nation. That's Daytons best season EVER (122 seasons). And they aren't done yet. They have advanced to the Elite 8. Fighting there way to the final 4 it will be even bigger if they cap this season off with a National Championship. Prior to the Kelley ere the former coach had Dayton averaging in the 20's nationally. Dayton is now routinely placing in the top 10 with no signs of slowing down.
