I checked out a few teams and they all had about 15 RP (with whips under 1.00) that all pitched under 150 innings.
If our whole team is made up of role players, why allow us to use All-Star relief pitchers ?

I don't see how you can fill out a roster with ONLY RPs. I do realize that the RPs tend to be higher quality because they automatically have fewer innings, but you're going to struggle later in the season when you are crunched to 25 roster spots and have no access to AAA. You have to draft with that in mind.

Is it AB or AB per 162 that you'll be using? Just wondering because that makes a huge difference.

Are you talking about strike years like 1994 and 1981? If so, then players must be drafted on par with other seasons. The 450 ABs rule uses the WIS generic ABs for those years. You can't use 1994 Bagwell who played most of his team's games, just because there were fewer games that season. The ABs are after WIS has converted the ABs to a normal season.

Actually, stadiums ARE unique. You'll have to choose another.

I will review the stadiums listed today to ensure they are valid. I know there is one stadium that doesn't fit the rules.
