Every team has them...but in this league, every player is one! Managers always talk about using a pitcher or platoon player in situations that "give them the best chance to succeed". In other words, the player STINKS, but if you use them against that pitcher in that inning in that ballpark, maybe they'll just not stink. This league is a manager's delight as you will be continuously tweaking your lineup and pitching roles to use your roster effectively.
1. Pick a franchise.
2. Pick pitchers with up to 150 innings.
3. Pick position players with up to 450 AB.
4. Pick 6/4 average manual AAA from your franchise (same rules as above).
5. To be eligible for the playoffs, every player on your 25-man roster at the time of the playoffs must have at least 40 IP or 100 PA.

Any ballpark can be used that has at least 1 rating of -4, -3, -2, +2, +3 or +4. (Makes life interesting...)
2 owners may select the same franchise, and will be placed in opposite leagues.
