Hey all! It's been a while since I've last played. Did they get rid of pre-recruit cutting of roster players?

No, but you can't do it until the job change period at the very end of the season. Probably, you have to go through your whole schedule before you can do it.

You have to do it during the job change period, before the season rollover.
