How do you guys set up the PH rankings so guys ONLY PH vs LH or RH or ONLY pinch run?

In other words they don't end up playing a position in the game after the PH or PR assignment.

You'd have to manually adjust the PH lists to get your guys in only vsL or vsR but then also manually adjust your position players to not be pinch-hit for or be replaced defensively. It isn't perfect to get what you want but it really isn't possible to get exactly what you're looking for.
