I'm trying to understand. I have a pitcher AAA Starter that is rated

10-10-10-A. o matter how i use him-he goes from 100% to 20% and takes days to recover. WHY?

he only has 30-50 ip available to use. Probably closer to 30 than 50. The "A" stamina is his IP/G. So, once you give him a start, he gets gassed for a while
