Each player leaves their drafted team after their senior season-

based on when that player was initially drafted - that will determine when he will be eligible to be drafted

in order to balance future drafts -
some guys don't sit out any season and can be drafted again during their fifth season- (Plaers drafted #1,4,7,10 etc.thru first rounder)
some guys have to sit out one season (players drafted #2, 5, 8, 11, 14 etc)
some have to sit out two seasons- (player drafted 3, 6, 9, 12 etc.)

I have that spelled out on about the fifth page of this thread-
that wont be hard to track - we can keep that on the alpha list section that all forum drafts have-

and I've done that in order to balance the future drafts instead of every fifth year have a huge glut of guys.

but regardless how does making players sit out 1-2 years help? I think it just makes the cool idea a helluva lot more confusing and turns me off of it a bit. If it was straight 4 years then back into pool I think I would join.
