My suggestion to the less experienced is to lean on a more experienced owner. With zackaryl, I just followed his lead on team building strategy. If we do enough seasons, everyone is bound to learn something. Therefore I would pair up with just about anyone, except Juggalosteve...

At the $100M cap there are many ways to win. With a core of 16 players on your team and your partner's, you are working on building fairly similar teams.

Not that one of you can't screw that up. Happens more than you might think...
