I finished recruiting with almost 13k left. So I'm very tempted to scout the states Ward's players are in, just to see the potential.

Coach Ward - as a new player, you should definitely listen to a mentor and follow their advice. It will really help you to be a better coach.

I can't find one whose willing to help and responds to my messages activley. I listen to all rogeilo has said but can't find a division 2 mentor.

All of the helpful people who play this game and no one is willing to help? Even Etta had a mentor in this game and he was the most obnoxious, arrogant, condescending piece of garbage any of will ever have the "privilege" to meet. Hmmmm.......that says a lot actually.

what did darnocc disappear or did you just keep asking him about a 2-3 all big man lineup?

plenty of people including myself have given you advice over and over and over and over and over and over and over again but you continuously ignore and then ask for more advice saying no one is helping you

To be honest, without seeing CoachWard's recruits potentials and just knowing his coaching record, those recruits aren't that bad. I'm not saying he's going to compete for championships. But unless he's really messing up his teams game-planning somehow, he can go .500.
Dan, did you notice the one with the work ethic of 10? Blue potentials or not, he'll never max out. The guy is basically what he is and what he is with those ratings is a glorified towel boy plus probable jock washer.

Well, this is what I was insinuating, just didn't feel like typing "over" so many times, ha ha!

He ran Darnoc off when Ward told him he was going with a 3-3-3-6 class set up, Darnoc jokingly accused him of cheating (for those that aren't all there tonight, that's 15 players, not 12), and Ward threw a hissy fit about Darnoc calling him a cheater. Cried like a little girl with a skinned knee apparently.

I know he's never max out. But he's still much better than the recruits with 30's ath/def.

10 WE, Blue potential and 20 minutes of practice time will get you 4-6 points of growth in one season.

If he starts the 10 WE guy and has some blues I would expect around 20ish points of growth in 4 years for that skill.
