Anyone else take a look at the ranked SIM's and think, there just might be 4 or 5 getting into the playoffs this year?

That happens sometimes. When the world is only 25% full it happens more.

When D-IAA is 25% full there has to be SIM playoff teams 25% is only 30 teams

Historically, I would say the wishbone formation. However, both have gone out of style and neither are relevant currently. If I had to choose one, I would say beehive hairdo is most important.

The Beehive hairdo was a tight bunlike do. It probably led to a great many headaches in the ladies and few men with the guts to wear it.
The headaches may have lead to disorganized thinking which in turn may have vastly limited the good ideas these people may have come up with that might have changed the course of human history !
