I bring players up when they are better than the guy they replace and/or comparable yet cheaper than the guy they replace.

First guy was brought up two seasons ago. Second guy brought up last season. Third guy will start the season in the bigs and the fourth guy will get the 20 game wait(since he's a 73 DUR he can't go 150 anyway). Age and/or pro seasons played no part.
