Because of 4 teams leaving (2 near the top), this makes some of the promotions a bit tricky. I think I'm going to actually rank teams a certain way, then align on new brackets:
Every team from top to bottom gets a ranking to start with. So the top 4 teams get rankings 1-4, next league gets 5-8, etc. The team that loses their league, gets -3 to their ranking. The top 3 teams in a bracket get +1 to their ranking.

So for the top 2 leagues, the rankings look like the following after doing this ranking adjustment based on league results this season:

And the rankings will continue on down. Next, we remove the teams that are no longer involved. Then we split into the respective groups. I'll post the final rankings for all teams (plus add in newcomers) in a little bit. I'll post in the conference chats for anyone else to join that wants to. Deadline will be tomorrow, then I'll roll out the schedule.
