A top 5 OF prospect in Frazier (who can play CF and is prob ready next season)
Good pitching prospects in Sheffield, Heller, and Feyereisen.

Cashman is a great GM. One of the best in baseball. The problem all along has been massive interference from several generations of Steinbrenners. I've seen the same story play out in Baltimore, where some pretty good GMs have fallen flat on their faces because of the limited autonomy Angelos has allowed them.

Agreed. Baltimore has been one of the great successes the last few years given the restrictions Duquette deals with.

Say what you want about the Steinbrenner clan but they also provided Cashman with virtually unlimited resources.
