Texas Longhorns Franchise - This franchise is led at the ML level by Asdrubal Pescado, an elite defensive SS with enough bat to contribute at the plate as well. There's a collection of adequate, but not exceptional talent (including SS Jo-jo Edmonds waiting in the minors), but the few rough contracts and lack of elite talent makes them a clear rebuild as well. They have the #14 pick in the next draft.

Richmond Crew Franchise - This team has been a slightly below average for a while. Although they do have useful (and young) ML pieces in multiple GG-winning SS Zeus Munro, and power pitcher Eric Bessire, the minors are largely devoid of difference makers beyond 1B Brian Koplove. They have the #12 pick.
