I had latency issues with IE yesterday and Monday. Chrome seemed to perform a bit better. No issues to speak of today though and I never received any error messages. My VPN in (Sydney, AU) probably tells the SiM site that I'm likely not into baseball, to ignore me, and keep me hanging!

same here, had problems in IE yesterday but Chrome seemed to work (so was Safari on iPhone/iPad). Seems fine now.

I, too, had issues yesterday! With Mozilla, and Chrome.

What good does it do to receive an error message to "contact technical support" when you get the message trying to sign ON??? lol

i had that problem too, but i closed chrome and flushed my dns, then it worked fine.

Used chrome yesterday, and couldn't log in or even get to the website for a few hours..just had the error screen that said to contact customer support......which, I couldn't do, since I couldn't get past the page that said to contact customer support....

I received this error for hours on Tuesday like many of you did, but I just received this error again tonight, a few minutes ago. On the 3rd try, it worked just fine, however.

Clearing cookies and caches may work, but this seems to be a specific issue with this website, as no other website ever gives me this problem.
